Contrary to the traditional GYM atmosphere where " The BIGGER the class the BETTER" here at ReDefining we embrace SMALLER classes allowing for a more personalized practice.
For this reason we limit our class attendance!
We encourage you to reserve your class through our On-Line Scheduler below...

  • Please arrive fifteen minutes early

In consideration of other students arriving on time for class benefits everyone: you’re able to experience the entire “arc” of the practice your instructor has prepared for you, while your fellow students are not disturbed by the inevitable noise created when tardy students enter the studio.

  • Silence is Golden

If you must arrive late to class, please make every effort to minimize any noise as you enter the studio. If the class is sitting in a beginning meditation (as is often the case), it is best to wait quietly at the entrance and lay your mat down on the floor only after the meditation has concluded.

  • All about Mats

We recommend you bring your own mat to class with you, studio mats available for those how do not have a mat. A yoga mat demarcates a student’s private space within the studio. Please do not step on other students’ mats.

  • Cell Phone?

Nothing can disturb a yoga class more than a cell phone ringing. Please silence the ringer as you would in a movie theater.

  • Fragrances

Everyone in class breathes the same air. In consideration of others – many of who may be allergic – please refrain from or minimize wearing perfume or cologne when you plan on coming to class.

  • Sweat (Its great to sweat!)

If you happen to be someone who perspires heavily, please bring a hand towel with you (mats can become slippery when wet)

  • Bathroom

Please use the bathroom located in the studio before class starts. If you need to use the restroom during class, please do so as quietly as possible in consideration of others.
