combination of Qigong and health enhancing Tai Chi, and is composed of four
components;

     1. Gentle Movement; Movements are performed slowly, with
         concentration on alignment, breathing, inner stillness, and whole body
         involvement.
      2. Breath Practice
      3. Self-Applied Massage
      4. Meditation

The techniques are easy to learn, easy to apply, need no special knowlege or
training, requires no special equipment or clothing, and can be performed
sitting or standing. Tai Chi Easy makes Tai Chi accessible to people of any age
