Dedicated Mat Pilates Program

The Mat Pilates classes provide strengthening, lengthening and balance for full body conditioning with a focus on developing a strong core.  This class will allow participants to enhance everyday movements and exercise through the engagement of the core muscles which support the back and mid-section of the body.  These movements integrate endurance with fluidity of movement resulting in a full body workout. The utilization of great releases also allows for an increase in flexibility.  This class provides multi-levels to suit the individual goals of each participant.

Participants are asked to bring a mat, water and perhaps a small towel to class.

Theresa Labrecque has been a nationally certified group fitness instructor for more than 20 years and has been enjoying sharing her passion for Pilates for more than 10 years.  With B.A. degrees in Psychology and Sociology she began in the fitness industry in order to bring physical health and stress reduction to all populations.   She has organized and taught programs for all age groups from preschoolers to seniors.  She is certified in kickboxing, group fitness, spinning, Yoga fit and Pilates.
